Historic Agency is searching for a highly creative Digital Ad Manager to oversee digital ad marketing for a variety of clients. Your main goal will be to create, implement, and maintain effective ad strategies that increase client brand awareness and loyalty, all while meeting or exceeding campaign KPI’s.


  • Review and analyze important client metrics including, but not limited to: website, store, email, and social media analytics
  • Develop and monitor specific client KPI’s and budget recommendations based on previous data and future goals
  • Design and implement digital ad strategies for clients that utilize innovative growth strategies to meet and exceed KPI’s
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign performance and optimize as needed
  • Organize and report accurate campaign, web, and email performance data through Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Stay up to date on latest industry trends, strategies, and emerging technologies


  • Advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices—including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Youtube
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio a must
  • Advanced knowledge of pixel tracking
  • Solid understanding of funnel marketing and retargeting, etc. (Funnelytics experience a plus)
  • SEM and SEO experience
  • Experience with MailChimp, Active Campaign, and/or other email marketing tools
  • Proven digital ad campaign success—meeting or exceeding specific campaign goals such as revenue growth, email list growth, CPC rates, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to function well independently and in a team environment
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or digital advertising position
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience
